Dianne is committed to the provision of quality professional services for adults and adolescents in a supportive and compassionate environment.

“Seeking psychological help can assist you to process difficult experiences, to develop valuable skills, and to make positive changes in your life.”

Dianne appreciates the strength and courage that it takes for individuals to seek professional psychological help. She is passionate about psychology and the potential for positive change that psychology offers people to improve the quality of their lives.

Understandably you may feel uncomfortable about seeking professional help from a psychologist. However, many people experience life difficulties which can trigger painful emotions and relationship problems. In fact, 1 in 5 women, and 1 in 8 men will experience depression at some point in their lives. In Australia, it is estimated that 45 per cent of people will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime.

Make an appointment with Dianne by calling 0432 714 572 or send a message through the contacts page.

Dianne Harrison uses a warm, empathetic and strengths-based approach to therapy. She is passionate about her work and provides a confidential space for clients to work towards their treatment

In addition to being a Clinical Psychologist, Dianne is an EMDR Therapist and is experienced in working with adults to process past trauma and let go of distressing memories.

Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing Therapy “EMDR” is an evidence-based therapy that is recommended by the World Health Organisation as the “treatment of choice” for trauma. It is also included under the Medicare Program as an evidence-based psychological therapy.

Dianne has been in private practice as a Clinical Psychologist on the Sunshine Coast since 2011. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach, hiking, connecting with friends, family and her local community.
